Vinification: De-stemmed, gently pressed, fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged in concrete for 3 months on the lees. Refermentation in bottle. Not disgorged.
Notes: Intense, fruity and floral perlage. Fresh and vibrant, citrusy.
