Terroir: red sand and clay on the surface and limestone underneath
ABV: 12%
Agriculture: Grapes grown only 1km from the sea. No chemical intervention. Average age of vines: 20 years. Harvested in the first 10 days of August 2024.
Vinification: Direct press, then fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. 20% of the grapes macerated for 7 days. 50% aged in Tonneau of used regenerated oak, 50% in steel. Only 1,300 bottles produced.
Notes: Yellow fruit. Compared to the 2023, this one is darker with more fruit, same great salinity, with acidity and freshness
