Vinification: Maceration in whole bunches. Grapes crushed by foot with daily pigége. Aged in barrels for 10 months. Bottled in July 2023.
Notes: More open nose with blackcurrant, blackberry & floral. You can smell the green peppers from Cabernet Franc. On the palate is juicy & ripe red fruit with delicacy & depth.
