Vinification: Vines 40-80 years old. Soil is volcanic sand. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and malolactic fermentation. 8 months on the lees, first in steel tanks, then chestnut barrels. No filtration.
Notes:Big with full red fruit, very fresh, strong acidity, red cherries, light tannins, Gamay-like, easy drinking.
