Vinification: Terroir is volcanic rocks (basalt) & silt. Vines 20-30 years old. Destemmed then macerated 3 days before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and MLF. 8 months in steel tanks. No filtration.
Notes: Lactic on the nose and super nice & full red cherry fruit, fresh
