Vinification: Passito means'raisin' in Italian, and Passito wines are wines made from grapes which are semi-dried prior to fermentation. Half the harvest of Ciavuru i Passula is dried in the sun, and the other half in a breezy loft. Then it spends 12 months in stainless steel tanks and another 4 months in bottle.
Notes: A naturally sweet wine, with powerful, melded tannins and a long finish.
