Vinification: Classic dark Loire schist. Less than 0.5ha, south-facing exposition. Low yield. Bottled off under cap to allow residual sugar to ferment.
Notes:Incredible reduction, giving toasted sesame alongside a nose of flint & black powder without primary fruit. Smoky. Green pepper & apples, acidity & freshness.
