Vinification: Vines ~100 years old. Fine sandy soil. Whole bunch fermentation and lengthy carbonic maceration. Everything of Sylvain's is aged in barrel.
Notes: Spicy, earthen & umami aromatics. On the palate, small green strawberries & herbal notes - wild & vegetal. Very juicy. Tannins and a smooth, lingering aftertaste.
