Vinification: Low yield (under 20hh). Vinified with stems, 3 week maceration with daily pigéage. Aged for 1 year in barrel without racking.
Notes: Beautiful nose. Big and bold. Serious style, dense & complex with fine tannins.
Volume: 75 cl
