Vinification: Whole bunches crushed by foot, macerated 1-2weeks. Extraction with basket press and aged for 1 year on the lees.
Notes: Floral and fresh nose, elegant. Green strawberry & pink pepper on the palate. Energy and rawness in the mouth. Serious, more complete. Big & bold tannins with good grip.
