Agriculture: From a single vineyard they call Piedra Juan, high up in El Monte (La Frontera), comes this wine built on a fantastic partnership between Verijadiego Blanco and Listán Blanco — a duo that captures the opulence of El Hierro's wines and their characteristic balance of richness and acidity.

Vinification: Direct press, fermentation and aging in oak barrel, resting undisturbed on its lees until bottling. Unfiltered, unfined, and with the bare minimum of added sulfur. Only 1,000 bottles produced.
