Vinification: Nero d’Avola made with whole bunch fermentation then matured in oak barrel. Blended with 30% Frappato to pay homage to the Cerasuolo di Vittoria.
Notes: Deliciously round and light, with darker, ripe fruits. Bergamot, tea-like, with blackcurrant. Low but present tannins, nice spices, and good freshness.
