Agriculture: 2024 in Vittoria was characterized by drought, the opposite of the wet 2023. Budding started early and the vines pushed all their efforts into their small yields. The Frappato ripened slowly but steadily with its small yield.

Vinification: Macerated whole bunch without pumpovers or punchdowns for 6 days and split the mass between our concrete tank and tonneau. No sulfur no filtration. 1,800 bottles produced.

Notes: The small yield resulted in the vivid Frappato identity, with a super berry crunch. Vibrant red cherry color, nose of fruit and flower. On the palate - tannins, texture, and acidity. More serious than Lifasi, with a backbone that makes it perfect to pair with food. But juicy energy and acidity. A modern take on the classic grape, lots of layers and present tannins.
