Agriculture: Grapes grown only 3km from the sea. Agriculture without any chemical intervention. Average age of vines 20 years. Harvested in the final 10 days of August 2024.
Vinification: Fermented spontaneously in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. Soft pressed. Aged 7 months, also in stainless steel. Only 1,700 bottles produced.
Notes: Catarratto on the nose: floral and dried herbs. Zippy acidity and freshness along with ripe fruit. Good expression of the grape. Versatile, complex.
