Vinification: Macerated on skin 12 hours, aged in steel for 7 months.
Notes: It's more gastro than a standard rosato. Slight sweetness on the nose, rich in red fruits & sour flowers. Totally dry palate. Classic style with freshness. Iron, grapefruit, pomegranate, cranberry. Slight tannins.
