Vinification: Classic black Loire schist. Sparkling rosé pet nat
Notes:Beautiful expressive nose. Dry, mineral, pale with spicy fruit, taut acidity, earthiness. A bit wild, but elegant. Red fruit of the Gamay balanced with the wild & green Pineau d’Aunis. Holds plenty of gas on day two.
